Counting Crows - Color Blind
6 in the morning (roughly the time it is now) is absolutely my favorite time right now. This mid June mornings seems to have the best daybreak. It that sort of cool summer morning most people don’t experience because they’ve routinely dedicated this time to something less significant like sleeping, showering, or working. Not many people set aside the time to sit on their front porch drinking coffee and just soak in the beauty of it all. It’s a shame, actually, because it is quite phenomenal. It’s a nice break from the usual swarm of negativity that tends to follow everyone around.
On a different not, I’ve been stuck at home for a few days with my family. It hasn’t been all bad, but it’s definitely starting to wear on me. Everything seems to keep working itself out, though. I really tend to underestimate my family. They’re good people. I forget that sometimes.
I think I might have breakfast this morning. But then again, maybe not.
